Robert F. Sibert

has been a successful businessman for several decades, serving as president of Bound to Stay Bound Books, Inc. He is also known as one of the area's most active and effective volunteers in terms of time and financial support. He has been a long time and active member of the Kiwanis club, major contributor for the YMCA, Passavant Area Hospital and Illinois College.
