World Cup Close-Up examines the planning, organization, and business side of the tournament, which may be less engaging for some readers. The writing is energetic, even in longer paragraph form. Large photographs, text boxes, and fast facts provide visual breaks for readers who benefit from shorter reading chunks. Each book includes a table of contents, a glossary, a list of additional resources, and an index.
